Janise Loveridge is a serial small business entrepreneur and current CEO of a sales and marketing company. After making the switch to the Energy sector Janise has taken off like a rocket driven by her passion for meeting and connecting with people Most recently, she has been involved in bringing capital and expertise into the energy market. From teaching in the public classroom to closing over $150 million in sales, Janise strives to push raise the bar for all others in the biotech, funding and energy contracting space.

He has worked closely with Fortune 500 companies, well-known celebrities, artists, athletes, leading industry professionals, and non-profit organizations. With over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience in financial solutions, entertainment, business consulting, and philanthropy, Chad also co-founded Money XLive and the National Financial Educators Council, a leading edutainment program that teaches functional financial literacy and entrepreneurship.

Ian is a Thunderbird School of Global management MBA with a long history of success in Technology and science financing. After leaving Coleridge as a financial algorithm architect Ian financed and Founded a series of tech and AI companies including GATC, Unprescribed, Orn, Dinocap and Codetech. Ian’s patents, publication and partnerships are driving innovation in science and technology including innovative ultracapacitor and energized concrete solutions for the power sector.

Leadership roles have ranged from Partner to CFO/COO/CCO and Senior Advisor, demonstrating versatility and depth of expertise.
Extensive experience in scaling for successful growth, managing relationships with external partners, overseeing operational functions, and mitigating risks at both firm and portfolio levels.

Andrew is a strategy and investment banking professional with significant experience at senior executive level in multiple technology sectors and fields that include energy, infrastructure, materials, national security and aerospace. Ex-Bain & Co consulting, ex-Bain Leveraged Buyout Practice, and with extensive private equity experience, he has spent more than 25 years as technology entrepreneur and investor.
Andrew has been active in the energy sector since 1989 when he trained as a market maker for FTSE energy stocks on the London market. Andrew wrote his Masters and PhD dissertations on the topic of the post-Soviet Russian energy sector at Cambridge University and has since advised, run or owned multiple concerns in the energy and renewables spaces, from oil E&P to pipelines and LNG to waste to energy and hydropower renewables across multiple international markets. His three decades of experience in every aspect of the sector from materials and engineering to commerce and finance give him a uniquely broad understanding of the core issues.
Andrew is currently driving the development of national scale power assets in a European country, in addition to helping Altagen meet the needs of important customers in AI and high performance computing with a compelling business model and first class execution.
Andrew has advised multiple national governments and governmental agencies and had the honor of briefing a sitting U.S. President in the Oval Office on matters pertaining to technology and national security. Andrew has developed technology solutions and led research projects for government agencies that include the National Nuclear Safety Administration (NNSA) and the Army Science Board (ASB).
Andrew’s skills, capabilities and interests stretch beyond the traditional private equity model through adroit identification and implementation of effective strategies to achieve commercial success, and the optimization of organizational design to drive valuation. He has strong leadership skills and believes that success is ultimately a function of solid strategy, effective motivation, integrity and a pure focus on results in the absence of ego.

Founded of Admiral Capital Management. Managed fundraising, client service, operations, compliance, technology, and personnel. Rounded out experience as portfolio manager/public investor with that as operator/private investor.
